Mollie was the best of acquainted with another mascot at the park, Rambley the Raccoon. She was described by her owner as a fun and adventurous bird, who loved building planes. However, she would sometimes crash them. It's possible that her violent behavior is the result of being abused and neglected by park employees. This is evident in some of her voice lines, where she stalks or pursues the player.
Participation in the Game
Mollie Macaw is among the main antagonists of Indigo Park and serves as the player's main adversary in Chapter 1: Birds of a Feather. She is a blue and gold macaw that was once a friendly park mascot, but neglect over time made her a bloodthirsty creature. Mollie is a thin, humanoid macaw sporting feathers that are light blue and yellow, dark gray wings and a pair of dark gray feet with claws at their ends. She wears a brown jacket and olive green shorts and a white scarlet. She also has large eyes with black lenses and a dark gray beak. Mollie is also the mascot of the Rooftop races at the original trailer.
After the player has solved the puzzle in the first section of the Landing Pad, Mollie stalks them. She is observed hiding behind net walls, crawling through tunnels and looking around corners. Mollie chases the player through an air vent, and Rambley informs them that it's Staff Only. However, when they spot Mollie running after the player through the vent, they enter. The door slams shut behind them as Mollie dives for the player, and then decapitates her in the process.
In the later stages of the game, when the train's engine fails and the player is assigned to fix it, they come across an exhausted Mollie leaning against a wall with her eyes flitting and her voice glitching. She is no longer the cheerful Mollie who was a regular visitor to the park. Instead, she talks in a mutter that is unintelligible and has bloodstains all over her body. She is reminiscent of Unique Geese's fan-made Garten of Banban remake, Reincarnated. Her prototype model was also used in the original teaser trailer.
